Hello everyone! My name is Chelsea here to share my insight on looking fashionable and chic for less. As a college student I am pushed to spend money wisely shopping clearance, clipping coupons, and DIYing it myself including my hair. This has led me to my obsessions of bargain hunting, natural hair, and goodwilling (yes- I don’t think that’s an actual word).
